- PAGCOR-listed on ggpanalo.comPAGCOR's October 2026 list names GGpanalo, a TOPBET TECH CORP. brand, on ggpanalo.com. The listing covers that domain, not ggpanalohub.com.

PAGCOR self exclusion is the strongest brake the regulator gives a player, and it works best when you decide on a calm day. This page walks the five steps in order, then covers what the ban reaches and what it leaves to you. Players must be 21 or older.
PAGCOR self exclusion: the five steps
- Choose the period. Pick from 6 months, a year or five years. Nothing can reverse the first six months.
- Check your balances. Decide what to do with money still sitting in any lobby before you file.
- Gather the documents. Collect the form, a government photo ID plus a photocopy of it, and a pair of 2x2 colour pictures taken within the last six months.
- File the request. For online platforms, use osea.pagcor.ph. PAGCOR will also take an e-mailed application at
[email protected], or one left in the drop box in Pasay City, inside the MET Live Building. - Add the proof of you. Not filing in person? PAGCOR then wants a selfie or a video call.
Quick check: keep a screenshot of the sent request and the time you sent it.
Self exclusion: what the ban covers
PAGCOR states that an exclusion is carried out across every site it licenses and operates. From then on, the National Database of Restricted Persons carries your name, the same register that GG Panalo’s entry notice cites as barring people from play.
That scope has a limit built in. A site that PAGCOR does not license sits outside it, so a name missing from the PAGCOR online casino list is a site you must stay away from yourself. Uninstall apps, delete saved logins and remove stored cards.
Length, and the family route
| Programme | Who files | Periods |
|---|---|---|
| Self Exclusion/Banning | You | 6 months, 1 year, 5 years |
| Family Exclusion/Banning | Spouse, child or parent | 6 months, 1 year, 3 years |
A self-exclusion lifts automatically at the end of its period. If you want back in, that is a separate decision you take later, not a default.
What a lobby does once you are excluded
PAGCOR’s pages describe the ban and who it binds. They do not spell out how a given lobby treats a remaining balance, so that answer sits in the lobby’s own terms and with its support team. Ask before you file, and write down what they say.
If a lobby let you keep playing after the exclusion began, keep your screenshots and write to [email protected], the contact PAGCOR lists for responsible gaming. Reports about illegal sites go to cicc.gov.ph, where PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page points.
Help while you wait
Exclusion is not a substitute for support. The national helpline for problem gambling answers at (02) 8248-9568 at no cost, in confidence, around the clock. For the rules on who may play in the first place, see who may bet online at 21 and over.
Every button on this site leads to the partner platform 76JL, yet the exclusion binds you as a person, not a single lobby. You will find the login routes, register routes and app basics on their own pages, next to the GCash casino changes. Further reading sits under all casino articles.
How to Get Started
-
Choose the length
Decide between five years, a year or 6 months. Count the first six months as permanent, since PAGCOR will not lift them early.
-
Gather the papers
Get the application form, a government photo ID with a photocopy, and two 2x2 colour photos shot within the last 6 months.
-
File and keep a copy
File the request on osea.pagcor.ph, or email it instead, and keep a copy together with the time it went out.
