- PAGCOR-listed on ggpanalo.comPAGCOR's October 2026 list names GGpanalo, a TOPBET TECH CORP. brand, on ggpanalo.com. The listing covers that domain, not ggpanalohub.com.

Maya has two sides in a casino story. One is the app, which stopped linking to gaming sites in August 2025. The other is the cashier of a lobby, which can still list Maya among its channels. Keep those apart and the rest is simple.
Maya: what the 2025 order changed
Memorandum M-2025-029, which the BSP put out in August 2025, gave supervised institutions a 48-hour deadline to drop in-app gambling links. Maya was covered by that order and disabled Lucky Games on 16 August 2025. Maya’s support page steers players toward the gaming provider’s site or its app, where they log in with the mobile number registered to the wallet.
So the app is a wallet, not a doorway. The GCash casino explainer tells the same story for the other big wallet.
Quick check: if a page says it can open a game from inside Maya, close it.
Maya casino: what a lobby FAQ can still say
The lobby’s FAQ 3 lists GCash, Maya and other channels for deposits, and its Terms mention transactions to a third party such as Pay-maya. That is a statement about the lobby’s channels. It does not promise a route on your account today, because the cashier behind login decides what is live and at what amount.
Our buttons go to 76JL, the partner platform, not the lobby, so the sign-up steps cover how to tell the two addresses apart before you pay.
Account tiers and what each allows
Maya lists four account types. The monthly wallet balance limit grows with each step.
| Maya tier | Monthly wallet limit |
|---|---|
| Basic | ₱50K |
| Upgraded | ₱100K |
| Super Users | ₱500K |
| Ultimate Users | ₱5M |
Basic cannot send bank transfers or money to other Maya users. Upgraded sends bank transfers up to ₱100K a month, 40 times a month, and receives from other banks through InstaPay up to ₱50K per transaction. Check your own numbers in the app under Account Limits, because Maya notes that the monthly limit may change.
Upgrade steps in Maya
- Open Profile, then Upgrade Your Account.
- Enter your full name and date of birth precisely as printed on your National ID.
- Record the video selfie. If the match fails, enter the National ID number or another primary ID.
- Wait for the SMS, which Maya sends within 24 hours of approval.
For its own upgrade, Maya wants either a single primary ID or two secondary IDs from adults aged 18 and over. Your lobby needs one valid government ID too, so the KYC verification steps show what to line up for both.
Moving the money
Maya sends bank transfers over InstaPay for a ₱10 fee per successful transfer, and cash-in through a linked bank is capped at ₱20,000 per transaction. The InstaPay limits and the PESONet batch rail show which fits an amount. For the other wallet the lobby names, the GCash withdraw checks apply, and the rest of the money pages are under the withdrawal index.
How to Get Started
-
Upgrade the wallet before you need it
In the Maya app go to Profile, then Upgrade Your Account. A video selfie and a matching ID are the core of it, and an SMS confirms approval within 24 hours.
-
Open the cashier by typing the address
Reach the cashier on the lobby's own site, then see if Maya is listed for your account. A button sitting on someone else's page proves nothing about a route.
-
Keep the amount under your tier caps
Read the caps in Maya under Account Limits and compare them with the amount. Cash-in from a linked bank is capped at ₱20,000 for each transaction.
